If for a moment I could be God

A Special Flower

For a moment…

       I shall be God

    

and all the heavens mine

I could move them all around

     or make them cease to shine

I could make the moon stand still

     or bring back the unicorn

Shall I start it all again

     from the day that time was born

No, I would only make a flower

    to sing a song so clear

a soft enchanting melody

    to draw me ever near

Yes, I would make a flower

    for this is all I need

and it would be a special one

    with you the only seed
